World Class English is a private English coaching practice operated by Robert Farmilo. This page explains what information is collected when you book or pay for a session, how it’s used, and the basic terms of working together.
Information we collect
When you book a session, our scheduling provider, Calendly, collects your name, email address, and any details you enter into the booking form. If you pay for a session, our payment processor, Stripe, collects the payment details needed to process that transaction. We do not receive or store your full card details ourselves.
How your information is used
- To schedule, confirm, and remind you about your session
- To process payment for paid sessions
- To keep a record of your coaching goals and progress, so sessions build on one another
- To contact you about your own bookings — we do not send marketing emails unless you separately opt in elsewhere
Third-party services
We use Calendly for scheduling and Stripe for payment processing. Both are established providers with their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data. We don’t sell or share your information with any other third party.
Introductory Assessment fee
The $15 USD Introductory Assessment is a one-time fee for new clients, covering a complete 30-minute intake session. If you continue with regular coaching afterward, this fee is credited toward your first paid booking. It is not refundable if you choose not to continue, since it reflects the time and work of the assessment itself.
Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please do so as far in advance as possible through your Calendly confirmation email. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect availability for future bookings.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, by emailing admin@englishlanguageworkout.com. We’ll respond as promptly as we can.
